TanStack Start

Rumah Sempurna

Landing page perusahaan home improvement untuk mengemas layanan perbaikan rumah dalam alur yang mudah dipahami.

Rumah Sempurna

Goal

Turn a broad home improvement offer into a landing page that is easy to understand.

What I built

  • TanStack Start landing page
  • Home improvement service grouping
  • Benefit copy for homeowners
  • Mobile-first consultation CTA

Outcome

  • A broad service category becomes a cleaner sales flow
  • Visitors get a clear next step to start a discussion
  • The site is ready to expand into service and location pages

Constraints

  • One page had to be broad without feeling generic
  • Separate service pages were skipped until the core offer is validated

Implementation overview

Rumah Sempurna was created for a home improvement company that needs to explain multiple house services without overwhelming visitors. The page works as a clean first touchpoint for homeowners who want repair, upgrade, or improvement help.

Home improvement covers many needs, from small repairs to larger upgrades. A broad offer can feel unclear if the page does not guide visitors. The challenge was making the business feel capable while preserving a simple decision path.

I used a landing-page structure that introduces the brand, groups service value, explains why homeowners should trust the team, and keeps the consultation CTA visible. TanStack Start fits the need for a fast landing page with modern routing.

Key decisions

  • Kept the message broad enough for home improvement while still grounded in homeowner outcomes.
  • Used section grouping so different service needs do not compete for attention.
  • Repeated CTA after benefit and trust sections to catch visitors at decision moments.
  • Prioritized fast image delivery and mobile readability.

Validation and next steps

The final page gives Rumah Sempurna a more coherent online presence. It turns a broad service category into a readable sales flow and gives homeowners a clear way to start a conversation.

Add service-specific landing sections, photo proof, city targeting, and homeowner testimonials.

Project FAQ

Why is the page not split into many service pages?

At this stage, one clear landing page is enough to validate the offer and capture consultation demand.

How does the page handle a broad service category?

It groups the message around homeowner problems and outcomes instead of listing every possible job.

Can it expand for SEO?

Yes. The next layer can add service pages and location pages once the core offer is validated.
