TanStack Start

Renovasi Pro

Landing page bisnis renovasi untuk menjelaskan layanan, proses kerja, dan CTA konsultasi proyek.

Renovasi Pro

Goal

Make renovation services feel clear, structured, and easy to consult about.

What I built

  • TanStack Start landing page
  • Renovation service structure
  • Work process explanation
  • Project consultation CTA

Outcome

  • Prospects understand the service scope faster
  • Risk feels lower because the process is explained
  • Clearer contact path for renovation discussions

Constraints

  • Pricing was not fixed because renovation scope varies
  • Service information had to stay concise for mobile scanning

Implementation overview

Renovasi Pro needed a landing page that makes renovation services feel organized and lower-risk. Prospects often arrive with uncertainty around scope, budget, timeline, and workmanship, so the page had to answer the first trust questions quickly.

Renovation pages can become vague lists of services. That does not help a homeowner decide whether to start a conversation. The challenge was showing capability while keeping the next step simple.

I built the page as a trust-first conversion flow: service categories, process clarity, benefit copy, and repeated consultation CTA. TanStack Start was used to keep the landing page fast and maintainable.

Key decisions

  • Grouped renovation services into scannable sections instead of long paragraphs.
  • Placed process cues before the CTA so visitors understand how the work starts.
  • Kept the page mobile-first for leads coming from WhatsApp, ads, or referrals.
  • Focused on consultation instead of instant pricing because renovation scope varies per property.

Validation and next steps

The page gives Renovasi Pro a practical lead asset. Visitors can understand the service range, see a clearer process, and start a project discussion from one focused page.

Add project galleries, before-after photos, budget ranges, and testimonial snippets once real proof is ready.

Project FAQ

Why does a renovation business need process content?

Process content reduces perceived risk because homeowners want to know what happens before work begins.

Why avoid fixed pricing on the page?

Renovation scope depends on property condition, materials, and room size, so consultation-first pricing is safer.

What was the primary CTA?

The page is built around starting a renovation consultation or project discussion.
