Implementation overview

Coach Rico needed a page that could turn social media attention into consultation requests. Personal training is a trust-based service; visitors want to know what kind of coaching is offered, whether the trainer understands their goal, and how to start without feeling pressured. The landing page gives that information in a simple sequence.

Fitness offers often become too generic: transformations, motivation, and slogans. That can look energetic but still fail to answer practical questions. The challenge was making the offer specific enough for someone to imagine the next step while keeping the page light and direct for mobile users.

I organized the page around program clarity, audience fit, and a consultation CTA. The copy explains the value of guided training, the layout highlights program options, and the contact path stays close to proof and benefit sections. The result supports prospects who arrive from Instagram or chat referrals and need quick confirmation before booking.
